When you submit an enlistment form, we collect your Discord username, age, game preferences, and experience. This is used solely for recruitment evaluation by our S1 department.
This site has no analytics, no cookies beyond your theme preference, no third-party scripts, and no surveillance of any kind. We don't know how many people visit. We don't care.
Enlistment records are kept for the duration of your membership plus one year after departure. You can request deletion at any time by contacting Chain of Command.
None. Your data stays in our Discord server and recruitment channels. We don't sell, share, or trade member information. Period.
All members are bound by the Echo Detachment Charter and Code of Conduct. Rank is organizational only. No one pulls rank to belittle. Harassment, discrimination, and toxic behavior are grounds for immediate removal.
Membership is voluntary. You may leave at any time. Probationary periods last 30 days or 4 Section Practices. Full membership confers voting rights on unit matters.
All donations are voluntary. No member is required to contribute. Donations are managed by the Treasury Department (MAJ.Czar.J) and used exclusively for server hosting, infrastructure, and community resources.
Members are responsible for their own communications. Echo Detachment is not liable for user-generated content in Discord channels. Illegal content will be reported to appropriate authorities.
